1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
an heir of the Estate of JAMES M. RIGSBY, Deceased. Her name anc~
address is as set forth in Paragraph 3 and the name and adclress
of her attorney is as set forth at the end of this Petition.
° 2. Decedent, JAMES M. RIGSBY, whose last known address
was 26th Street and Cortez Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
died on October 7, 1973.at HaMilton House, Columbus, Georgia.
3. So far as is known, the names and addresses of the
beneficiaries to this estate, their relationships to the
