5. There are no assets in tihis estate.
6. The value of the entire estate subject to administration
in this state, less the value of property execmpt from the claims
of creditors, does not exceed 510,000.00.
7. The decedent has been dead for more than three (3)
years.
8. The estate is not indebted.
9. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent,
inc~uding exempt property, be distributed or disposed of as

10. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioner
is unaware of any revoked wills or coc~icils of decedent.

~ be entered, directing distribution of the assets of the estate in

Petition.
