and respectfully represents:
1. That petitioner and Donald J. Handkins were appointed

guardians of the persons of Karen Lynn Handkins and Linda Ruth '
Handkins by this court on January 18, 1977.
2. That a Final Judgment dissolving the marriage of
petitioner and Donald J. Handkins was entered by this court on :
