~ This cause having come on befo~e this Court
upon the petition of LYLE R. OSTROM, II, as lawfully
appointed guardian of the property and of the person of
TRAVIS KYLE OSTROM, and the Court having determined that it
is in the best interest of the incompet.ent that the certain
asset of the incompetent be sold in order to provide funds
for the incompetent, and that the best interest of the in-
competent will be served by a sale of the property at a pri-
vate sale and that the sale should be for the sum as set
I forth in the Petition herein; it therefore is
