ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard upon the application of the
defendant, Old Republic Life Insurance Company, for an order of
supersedeas from the judgment dated November 14, 197? and entered
in this cause on November 15, 1977, and to fix the conditions of
the bond to be given, and the Court believing that said applica-
tion for a supersedeas should be granted, and counsel for both
parties agreeing that a bond of $11,000 to be given by the defendant
would be sufficient.

It is therefore ordered and adjudged by the Court that upon
the said defendant executing a bond with good and sufficient surety
for the sum of $11,000 in favor of the plaintiff conditioned to pay
( the money judgment entered in this cause on November 15, 1977 and
` all costs and damages which the said plaintiff may sustain in case

; the said appeal should be dismissed or said judgment be affirmed,
€
~ said bond to be approved by the Clerk of St. Lucie County, Florida,
the same shall operate as a supersedeas and stay all proceedings in
said cause.
