Lot 24, in Block Z, of ELDORADO SUHDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 2,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together
with the improvements thereon and all furniture, fixtures
and equipment contained therein, replacements thereof and
addifiians thereta.
4. Zf thQ total sum with interest at the rate of 10$ per
annum, as set forth in Plaintiff•s note and all costs of this action
accruing subsequent to this Judgment are not paid within thYee (3)
days from this date, t~e Clerk of this Court shall sell the property
at public sale on ~-etlJ , 19 78 , at 11:00 A.M. to
tho highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at the
front door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse in Fort
Pierce, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida
Sta~utes. .
5. Persons who wish to bid at such sale may submit such bids
to the Clerk prior to sale, provided such bid is accampanied by
casbier's check payable to the Clerk of this Court in the full ar~ount
of su~h bid. ThQ C~erk shall hold such cashier's ~::eck(s) and need
not deposit the:same, pendinq the sale. At the commencement of sale,
the Clerk shall announce and receive such bids. After sale, the
cashier•s check(a) of all such unsuccessful bidderts) shall be

attend such sale and such non-attendance shall not prevent or delay
the public sale.

action ~nd shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk of this Court
if Plaintiff(s) are not the purchaser of the property at the ~ale.
If Plaintiff(s) are the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit Plaintiff(s)
bid with tho total sum with interest ~nd costs accruinq sub~equent s
to this Judgment or su~h part of it as is necess~ry to pay the bid
in full.
