Case No.77-496 CA ? of the Circuit Court of the
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie
Cou~ty, Florida, wherein IDA STEMERMAN
is Plaintiff and SUSIE WHITE, an unmarried
woman is Defendant , I will sell to the
highest and best bidder for cash at the front door
of the St. Lucie County Courthouse in Fort Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida, at 11:00 o'clock A. M. on the

property as set forth in sa' Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 24, Block 1, of ELDORADO SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 2, '
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
together with the improvements thereon and all furniture,
fixtures and equipment contained therein, replacements
thereof and additians thereto.
