and says:

NEMECKAY/ That he knows of his own knowledge that his father,
STEPHEN I. NEMECKAY and his mother, MARGARET M. NEMECKAY were
continuously married from the inception of their marriage to the
date of his father's death, which occurred March 15, 1975.
That this affidavit is made in connection with the follow-
