ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: ,

I. 1. That the Defendant's Motion for Protective Order in ~

, respect to Interragatories number 1, 27,.~8'and 31, is hereby

~ 2. That the Defendant withdraw its t~iotion for Protective ;
' Order as to Interrogatory number 34 is hereby accepted.

3. That as to Interrogatories number ~3 and 33, the De- '
3~j78 fendant shall produce any current tax schedules ref lecting the
~ ~ss~ts thQ books of the Corporation as of March and July, 1976,.

' if the Defendant shall have such information available. Further, ` ;
' Defendant shall supply any and all written computations of assets
of the Corporation which were in existence as of JLly 15, 1976. ~
