;~wise fully advised in the premises, including oral stipulations

by the parties in conjunction with the hearing and based upon ~

1. That the Defendant's Mation for Protective Order in !

l . respect to Interrogatories number 1, 27, ~ and 31, is hereby j

. 2. That the Defendant withdraw its Motion for Protective ~
Order as to Interrogatory number 34 is hereby accepted.
• 3. That as to Interrogatories number ,~Z and 33, the De- ;
t'3f1 7~ fendant shall produce any current tax schedules reflecting the
~ assets on the books of the Corporation as of '~tarch and July, 1976,~
if the Defendant shall have such information available. Further,
Defendant shall supply any and all written computations of assets '
of the Corporation which were in existence as of July 15, 1976.
