THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing on the Motion for Trail .
herein filed by Defendant~, William Ernest Anderson and Mary Ann
Anderson, his wife, and tl~e Court having heard argument of counsel for
the re~pective parties and being fully advised in the premises, upon
consideration, it is
ORDERED AND ADJU.i~GED that~
1. Judgment is hereby awarded in favor oE the defendants,
William Ernest Anderson and Nary Ann Anderson, his wife, in regard to
the mortgage foreclosure action. _
2. The Clerk of tlie Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, is hereby directed to strike the Lis Pendens filed therein.
3. The request of the Plaintiff for an accounting of the mortgage
~ue between the parties is hereby granted and it is hereby ordered as
follows:
(a) That the mortgage due from the defendants, William Ernest
Anderson and Mary Ann Anderson, his wife, to Mary L. Sehin, is paid
on interest to February 1, 1978, and on principal through February, 1978.
(b) That the next payment due from said defendants to the
