the Def endant' s Motion for Leave of Court to f ile a Counterc laim
'and the Court after hearing argument of counsel, having discussion i
~'of same regarding the contents of said Motions, and neing other- ,
;;wise fully advised in the premises, including oral stipulations -
';by the parties in conjunction with the hearing and based upon
such stipulations, it is thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: -
1. That the Defendant's Motion for Protective Order in

!respect to Interrogatories number l, 27, ~,8~ and 31, is hereby

granted. ;
Z. That the Defendant withdraw its Fiotion for Protective ~
. Order as to Interrogatory number 34 is hereby accepted.

~t31~ fendant shall produce any current tax schedules reflectin the i

assets on the books of the Corporation as of March and July, 1976, ~ ~
~if the Defendant shalZ have such information available. Further,
Defendant shall supply any and all written computations of assets
of the Corporation which were in existence as of July 15, 1976.
4. That the Defendant shall make available to the Plaintiff ~
