FINAL JUDGMENT ~
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ;
This cause came on for trial January 31, 1978 and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is ther~~pon

ORDERED AND AOJUDGED:
1. The marriage between KOBERT ALBRITTON and SHIRLEY
ALBRITTON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony ~

~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
i .
~ therefrom.

2. Custody of BARBARA LYNN ALBRITTON and DEBBIE KAY s
ALBRITTON, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
~ SHIRLEY ALBRITTON, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
~ ~ ROBERT ALBRITTON, who may also have the minor children visit and :
be with him at reasonable times away from the residence of the Wife. -
¢ ~ 3. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement ;
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions ther~~f.
