FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the day of January. 1978
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties .
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wi£e now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolve .
It is thereupon :
ORDERED AND A.DJUDGED as follows:
1, DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RONALD E.
SMITH and ANN B. SMITH be and the same is hereby dissolved, and

the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the F

bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the =

-obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY. Custody of RONALD E, SMITH, JR., MARNI RENEE '
SMITH, and BRENT WRIGHT SMITH, minor children of the parties, is
hereby awarded ANN BE. SMITH, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to RONALD E. SMITH.

3. SUPPORT. Coummencing the ~ iday of~j~-~~G~ ~1978,
RONALD E. SMITH shall pay to ANN B. SMITH the sum of $25.00 each
and every week, per child~ for the support of the children named '
