(1) That the Petitianer, DEBRA LYNN McLAUGHLIN, has been '

;;a resident of the State of Florida for more than six months prior ~
i; to the filing of the Petition.

j; (2) That jurisdiction has been properly obtained over the
:~Husband through Personal Service of Process. ~ !
I~~ (3) That the marriage is irretrievably broken.

< i; (4) That the Wife, Petitioner is the best person to have ~
