and each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by } ;

him remitted promptly to DEBRA LYNN WHITE, formerly DEBRA LYNN }

McLAUGHLIN. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of Two ~

f~ and no/100 ($2.00) Dollars as statutory cost to be added to each

payment made to the Clerk of this Court. All payments shall be j

made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the partiesi

~ ~j are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their i i

mailing and residence addresses at all times. • ~ ;

i~ (5) That this Court retains jurisdiction over this cause ~
