' This is a second mortgage and is inferior to the f irst mortgage
~ held by Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie
;I County, Florida, recorded in O.R. Book 275, Page 2016, Public
~ ~i Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage the mortqagors
~ herein assume and agree te pay.

In the event that the mortgagors default in any payment or con-
dition stipulated in any prtor mertgage for a period of sixty (60)
i; days, or in the event of any default in a prior mortgage so as to
: cause such prior mortgage to be accelerated and become due and pay-
able during the continuance of this mortgage, then the entire swns
secured by this mortgage shall become due and payable at the option
j` of the mortgagee.

The mortgagors covenant and agree to make all payments and per-
form all conditions and covenants called for in any prior mortgaqes
~ now incumberinq the property, and in the event of default in any

without waiving the option to toreclose herein reserves the right
