THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Honorable C. Pfeiffer
Trowbridge, one of the Judges of the above-styled Court, and six
other good and lawful citizens of the County of Saint Lucie and
State of Florida, who being duly sworn according to law, and after
having heard testimony and evidence adduced before them, and having
heard the charges of the Court, and being fully advised in the
premises, and having retired to consider their verdict, returned
to open Court and rendered the following verdicts:

2. Was Defendant, Allen Dean Mackey, negligent?
