This cause came on to be heardon March 27. 1975, at 10:00 i
A.M.. on Joycelyn J. Thomas'MoCion for Enforcement of Child . ~
Support and the parties hereto having reached an amicable settle-
ment and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: _
: 1. That Frederick L. Sumanerlin will deposit with the
Clerk of the Court $630.00 on or before March 28, 1975 to catch
' up all arrears.
! 2. That Frederick L. Swmnezlin has had the custody of
i
! Dale t4arshall Summerlin with the consent of the wife since

~ ~
; - September 1, 1974. Since September 1, 1974, the husband is

~ obli ated to a
~ g p y$15.00 per week, per child for the two remaining
children ~.•ith the wife. Said sum shall continue until the childr i~
reach the age of majority. In addition thereto, Frederick L.
Summerlin shall continue paying $15.00 a week to the wife until C c~

~ balance of the arrears ordered to be paid on May 30, 1974, are pa ci
in full. Each payment shall be made to the clerk of rhe Circuit
Court, and by remittance promptly paid to Joycelyn Jane Thomas.
