Motion for Stay of Execution filed herein by the respondent, and `
the petitioner having been served notice of the hearing by ~
Sheriff's service and the respondent havfng appeared in person
and represented by counsel and the Court having heard testimony . ~
and received affidavits in support of respondent's motion and
being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore, ~

1. Respondent's Motion for Stay of Execution is ~

granted.
2. Respondent is hereby exempted from arrest for ~
service of his sentence as punishment for contempt as contained r

in its Court Order entered January 18, 1978 for a period of one (1) ;

month unti] February 26, 1978, conditioned upon the respondent }
m~king weekly payments as provided herein and in the Court's order ~

3. Respondent shail pay, to be credited against arrears ¢
of support payments and costs, the sum of b20.00 on February 1,
1978 and each and every week thereafter until further order of this
court. Each payment shall be made to the C1erk of this Court in
cash, cashier's checks or money order. In addition, there is here-
by assessed the sum of a2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. ,
