4. It is further ordered that this Order shall be effective
upon the Receiver taking the proper oaths assuring proper performance
of her duties, and upon the Plaintiff posting a bond in the amount of
$S,OOO.QO to indemnify the Defendants against loss or damage that they
may sustain in the event that it later appears that the grounds alleged ;
by the Plaintiff for appo~ntment of a Receiver ex parte do not exist,
or that such appointment was otherwise wrongfully obtained by the
Plaintiff. The bond shall be further conditioned to indemnify the
Defendants trom any wrongful action of the Receiver appointed herein
or from the wrongful issuance of the temporary injunction granted
herein. ,
