THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing this 2d day of February,
1978, upon a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed herein
by the Husband and a Waiver having been filed by the Wife. Both
,
parties appeared, and th~ Court, after having heard testimony ~

and having given full consideration to the evidence, finds and ~
~
determines: This Court Yias jurisdiction of the parties and sub~ect ~
matter of this suit; that the relations of Husband and Wife naw {
exists between the parties; and that the marriage should be dissolved.
It Is Thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MAR.RIAGE. That the marriage between RICHARD
DAVIDSON and SHERRY DAVIDSON, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. SEPAR.ATION, CUSTODY & PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREENiENT. That
the Separation, Custody & Froperty Settlement Agreement entered

into by the parties herein is hereby incorporated and made a part ~
~
of this Final Judgment.
3• JURISDICTION. That jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained ~or the entry of such €urther orders as
may be proper.
DONE ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida,
