FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE was heard upon the verified petition for adoption
filed in this cause and the consent of the adult spouse of the
adoptee; and the consent of the adult adoptee sought to be adopted
by the Petitioner, and it appearing to the Court that the petitioner .
is a fit and proper person to~adopt the adult adoptee sought to be
adopted. and that the best interest of the adult adoptee will be
promoted by the adoption; that the natural parents and grandparents
of the adult adoptee are now deceased, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ADJUDGED that JUANITA REEVES KING, is declared to be the legal
~ child of the Petitioner, JOE W. STARGELE, a/k/a JOSEPH WILSON STARGELE,
and it is
~ ADJUDGED that the adult adoptee, JUANITA REEVES KING, shall be
the child and legal heir of the Petitioner, JOE W. STARGII.E, a/k/a
~ JOSEPH WILSON STARGELE, entitled to all rights and privileges, and
subject to all obligations of children born to the Petitioner, JOE
W. STARGELE, a/k/a JOSEPH WILSON STARGELE, in lawful wedlock.
