THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on Defendant's
Motion for Compulsory Medical Examination and Motion .for Continuance
and the Court being fully and well advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties, CHARLES LAMAR RHODEN,
MERCEDES L. WALDRON, and the child, EDKER LEE PETERSON, shall and
they are hereby ordered to submit to a blood test for the determination
of paternity within 60 days; it is further
I ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all costs of such tests shall
i be at the expense of the Defendant~ CHARLES LAMAR RHODEN; it is further
