FINAL JUDGMBNT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on tor triaZ the lst day of February, 1978,
and the Court havinq qiven full consideration to all the evidence, _
finda and detenaines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and
Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriaqe between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon: ~ .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: .
1. DLSSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriaqe between MARLENE
MILLER, Wife and FRANCIS LEE MiLLER, Husband, be, and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby farever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them
and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of BO MILLER, minor child of the parties,
is hereby awarded to the Wife, MARLENE MILLER, with reasonable visi-
tation rights reserved to the Husband, FRANCIS LEE MILLER.
3. SUPPORT. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the swa of
$25.00 each and every week for the support of the minor child named
above.
Such support payments shall comn?ence ten (10)~ days after the
Husband 3s notified by receipt of a_copy of this order. Notification
sha12 be either by Sheriff's service or reqistered mail with return
receipt requested. Proof of the cost of this notification is to be
assessed to the Husband.
It is hereby ordered that proof of the above notification shall
be filed with the Clerk of this Court and the date and support paymenta
are to commence shall be determined thereby.
