This cause came on for trial the 2nd day of February, 1978, and :
the Court having given full considera~ion to all the evidence, finds and ~
determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken ~

and should be dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between WALTER G. CUNNINGMAM and
VALERIE CUNNINGHAM be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ;

The Separation Agreement of August 22, 1977, is hereby ~
incorporated and made a part hereof, which agreement provides,~inter alia,
as follows:
2. CUSTODY: Custody of STUART CUNNINGHAM and JEAl~NE CUNNINGHAM, !
minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to VALERIE t~ININGHAM,
wi th reasonable visi tation rights reserved to WAL7ER G. Cl~1NINGHAM. _
3. SUPPOR~: During the period the said minor children are
confiinuing their education, WALTER G. CUNNINGNAlri shall pay to VALERIE
CUNNINGHAM famity support therefor in the amount of 5600.00 per month and
the said support shall continue during the pe riod of education of the above
children excep~ that in the event either shall remove himself or herself
from the category of "continuing in their education", that the support
monies, may, at the option of the Husband, be reduced proportionately.
