oromptly to VALERIE CI~ININGHAM. In addition, there is hereby assessed the
sun of ~ as statutory costs to be added to each pa~mient made to the
Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
Both of the oarties are ordered to keep the Clerk advised of their mailin4
and residence addresses at all Limes while this Order is in effect.
4. ATTORNEYS FEES: The Husband shall pay ~440,00 for the wife's
attorney's fees payable E104.00 each month after date.
5. All other items of the separation aqreement are incorporated .
here by reference and the parties are ordered to camply therewith.
6. JURISbICTION: Jurisdiction of~this cause and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as ma~y be prnper.
