RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Limited Partnership,
mortgagor, by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date of the 18th day of
December, 1973, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for the Cownty of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official
Records Book 222, Paqe 311, mortqaged unto FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK,
now known as CITIBANK,N.A. its successors and assigns, mortqaqee, the
premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the
sum of FIVE MILLION AND NO/200 ($5,000,000.00) DOLLARS, with interest
as therein mentioned:
WHEREAS, upon the request of the said HUTCHINSON ISLAND LI1?IITED PARTI~ERSHIP, ;
the said CITIBANK,N.A. has released from time to time certain portions of a
the mortgaged premises from the lien and operation of the said Mortgage, '

WHEREAS, the entire FIVE MILLION DOLLARS ($5,000,000), with interest due '
thereon has been ful,ly paid by the said HUTCHINSON ISLAhD LI:~ITED PART-
NERSHIP to the said CITIBANK, N.A., and
WHEREAS, the said HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, has requested
the said CITIBANK, N.A. to release the premises hereinafter described,
being all of the remaining portions of the mortgaged premises, from the
lien and operation of said Mortgage. ;

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said CITIBANK, N.A. as well in consid- '
eration of the premises as of the sum of TE~1 AND 00/100 ($10.00) DOLLARS ~
to ~t paid by the said HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release., quitclaim, exonerate
and discharge from the lien and operation of said Mortgage unto th~ said ~ ~
HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, its successors and assigns, a11 :
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being the premises conveyed by said
Mortgage, and being more particularly described in Exhibit attached
hereto and made a part hereof. ~

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said
HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, its successors and assigns ;
forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said i
I~iortgage, and every part thereof, it being the intention of this Release `
to extinguish and discharge any and all rights and obligations of the ;
mortgagee and mortgagor under the said Mortgage dated December 18, I973, _
and to declare said Mortgage to be of no further force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said CITIBANK, N.A. has caused these presents to ~
