Petition for Modification of Fi

Support and the Court having reviewed the file and considered the
testimony of witnesses and being otherwise fully advised in the ;

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Modification
of FinaZ Judgment or Oider on Child Support shall be and the same ;
is hereby granted; it is further ~

who is the father of the child(ren) of the former marriage,
shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the sum of $ 100.00 per
month , each and every month , plus $2.00 statutory

Departne:~t of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforce-
ment Unit, 1317 Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. All pay-
ments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers check; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in addition to the above-ordered
