and he is hereby ordered,to continue to transmit support payments
received from the responsible parent to the Department of Health
and Rehabilitative Services until further order of this Court to
the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments from the ~
Department of Hea~th and Rehabilitative Services, in which event
the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable
to the person having custody of the child(ren); it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all money orders, cashiers
checks and accountings shall bear the name and Social Security
Number of the responsible parent. The payment shall be made payable
to the Q~ERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:
