THIS CAUSE was heard on this day upon the Motion and Affidavit for
Enforcement previously fi.led herein by the Petitioner, and the Petitioner
being present in open Court in person and represented by coun , and
the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and having
been represented by an at~orney, and the Court having heard al of the
testimony of the parties and being fully advi.sed in the premises, it is

ADJUDGED that ATHAN BYRD , the Respondent, had the
i inancial ability ~o pay the sums hereinaf ter ref erred to and is nciw
r~d judged guilty of wi.llful contempt of this C~urt f or his willful f ailure
to pay support payments as direc~~d by order duly entered herein, a copy
of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contemp~~he i.s hereby
i sentenced to serve ~ ~ days ~n the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce,
