THIS CAUSE was heard on this day upon the Motion and Affidavit for
Enforcement previously filed hereir by the Petitioner, and ~he Petitioner
beinj present in open Court in person and represented by counsel, and
the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and having
been represented by art attorney, and the Court having heard all of the.
testimony of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is
theref ore ~
ADJt1DGED that THOMAS STURRY , the Respondent, had the
i i_nancial ability to pay the sums hereinaf ter ref erred to and is now
~~cljudged guilty of willful contempt of this Caurt for his ~~illful failure
to pa~r support payments as directed by order duiy entered herein, a copy
of wh~_ich is attached here~o and by reference made a part hereof . It is
ORDERED AI~D ADJUDJED that as puni.shmenfi for contempt he is hereby
sent-enced to serve ~ days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce,
