shall and he is hereby ordered to foYward said support payments

Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317
Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. Each transmittal
check, or an accounting therefor, shalZ bear the name and social
security rn~mber of each respective Def endant/Father in order to
insure that he receives proper credit for same; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to-continue to transmit support
payments received from the Defendant/Father until further order of '
this Court or receipt of notice ta discontinue payments from the
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event
