shall and he is hereby ordered to forward said support payments

Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317
Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. Each transmittal
check, or an accounting therefor, shall bear the name and social
security number of each respective Def endant/Father in order to
insure that he receives proper credit for same; it is further
ORDERED AN~ ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support
payments received from the Defendant/Father until further order of :
this Court or receipt of notice to discontinue payments from the
Depart*.~ent of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event
; the s•~ppart payments shall thereac"ter be dirccte~ and payable to ~
