ORDERED ANU AD,7UDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court ±
shall and he is hereby ordered to forward said support payments ;
• received from ~he"Defe~dant/Father to the Department af Health and

Rehabilitativz Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317
Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. Each transmittal
check, or an accounting therefor, shall bear the name and social
security number of each respective Def endant/Father in order to
insure that he receives proper credit for same; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the.Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support
payments received from the Defendant/Father until further order of
this Court or receipt of notice to discontinue payments from the
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event
the sLpport payments shall therear"ter be directe3 and payable to
the natural mother. ~
