THIS CAUSE having eome on for hearing on Petition of the
Department vf Health and Rehabilitative Services for Child Support
and the Court having found that said Petitioner is a proper.party ~

by virtue of an assignment of rights to child support signed by
the party having custody of the dependent child(ren) and al~ parties ~
having received proper notice, it is i
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition shall be and the ~
same is hereby granted; it is further
