ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to foYward said support payments

Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317
Winewood Blvd., '~'allahassee, Florida, 32304. Each transmittal
check, or an-accounting therefor, shall bear the name and social
security number of each respective Def endant/Father in order to
insure that he receives proper credit for same; it is further
, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support
payments received from the Defendant/Father until further order of
this Court or receipt of notice to discontinue payments from the
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event -
