ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to foYward said support payments
• received from ~he " Def endant/Father to the Department of Health and
RehabiZitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317
~ Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Fl~orida, 32304. Each transmittal
check, or an accounting therefor, shall bear the name and social
security rnimber of each respective Defendant/Father in order to
insure that he receives proper credit for same; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support
payments received from the Defendant/Father until further order of
this Court or receipt of notice to discontinue payments from tYie
Depar~:nent of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which eve~t
, the stpport payments shall thereaiter be directed and payable to
the natural mother.
