ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to forward said support payments
- received from the"Defendant/Father to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317
Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. Each transmittal
check, or an accounting therefor, shall bear the name and social
security number of each respective Def endant/Father in order to
insure that he receives proper credit for same; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to contin~e to transmit support
payments received from the Defendant/~ather until further order of
this Court or receipt of notice to discontinue~payments from the .
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event '
j t~e support payments shall thereaiter~be dirPCted and payable to

j the natural mother. _
