KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS~ that the undersigned Mort9agor hereby
corrects that certain Nortgage, recorded i~ O.R. Book 280 at Page 542, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said Mortgage being dated January
S, 1978 and fiied January 10, 1978~ in the original amount of $40,000.00, and ~
being loan ~22017089, which Mortgage description is corrected to read as follows:
Cc~mmence at a point where the South boundary line of the North 278.5
feei of Governme~t Lot 2, Section 12~ Township 36 South, Range 40 East
intersects the !Jest bank of the India~ River; run thence West parallel
to the North boundary line of said Government Lot 2, a distance of 400

of 108.54 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue nor[herly on
an extension of the aforesaid course a distance of i00 feet thence run
East parallei to the north line of said Governmeni Lot 2, to the West
bank of the Indian River; thence Souiherly along the West bank of said
