appointed, md by these presents do make, constitute and ~point my wife,
ROBERTA GARRISON PERRELL, my true and Iawful Atiorney, for me md in
my name, place and stead, to do, execute and perform, all and every act or
acts, thing or fhings, in law needful and necessary to be done in and obout the

(3) IF necessary, to administratively transfer retirement checks
presently going directly ta First and Merchants National Bank in lieu of tfie
First Notional Bank of Fort Pierce, Florida.
(4) To do any and all other necessary things and acts which may be
necessary.
