in that certain mortgage encumberinq the above-described property
to Citizens Federal Savings & Loan Association of St. Lucie County
recorded at O.R. Book 281, page 13I2, is one and the same person as
CLYDE CALDWELL, one of the grantees in that certain Warranty Deed
conveying the above-described property, from Argerios Costopoulos
and Constance Costopoulos, husband and wife, dated October 11, 1971,
recorded at O.R. Book 196, page 1089, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
