THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 31st day of January, Z978,
and the Court having given full consideration to all of the
evidence and to the Stipulation of the parties, finds and deter- ;

mines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and sub3ect ;

matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now f
~
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the t
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is ;
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between PAMELA LYNNE DAVIS
, and ALVIN MICKEY DAVIS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ,
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of ALVIN BLAKE DAVIS, minor child
of the parties, is hereby awarded to PAMELA LYNNE DAVIS, with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to ALVIN MICKEY DAVIS.
Said reasonable visitation rights shall include the following:
~ a. The husband shall have the minor child on alternate
weekends continuously from Saturday at 9:00 a.m. to Sunday at
6:00 p.m.; .
