c. ThE husband shall have the minor child continuously

with and to the minor child on alternate weekends from Saturday ~ ~
at 9:00 a.m. continuously until Sunday at 6:00 p.m. While the
minor child is in the care of the husband during the sumaner time
the husband's child support payments and obligation described
below shall abate for a period not to exceed six weeks since
the husband will be providing~support in kind during this time. 1
Neither party may remove the minor child from the State of
Florida without first obtaining the written consent of the other
party or the approval of this Court.
3. CHILD SUPPORT: Commencing on the ~ aay of'~
1978, ALVIN MICKEY DAVIS shall pay to PAMELA LYNNE DAVIS t sum
of $35.00 each and every week for the support of the minor child

named above; said sum to continue until such time as said minor
child reaches his majority~ marries or becomes self-supporting. ;

~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him '

remitted promptly to PAMELA LYNNE Di~VIS. In addition, there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made
in cash, money order, or cashier's check. Both of the parties
are ORDERED TO KEEP THE CLERK ADVISED OF THEIR MAILING AND RESI-
DENCE ADDRESSES AT ALL TIMES WHILE THIS ORDER IS IN EFFECT.
4. ATTORNEY'S FEES. ALVIN MICKEY DAVIS is hereby directed
to pay the sum of $400.00 to the wife's attorney in full satis-
faction of his obligation to pay a reasonable attorney's f~es
for the wife's attorney for his services herein, which total sum
shall be paid at the rate of $50.00 per month commencing on the
15th day of February, 1978, with an equal sum payable on the lSth ~
