if dead, their unknown heirs, devisees, assi.gns, grantees,
creditors and all other parties c].ai~ing by, under or through
the said David D. Matson and Frances J. Matson, his wife and
John A. Axell and Katherine M. Axell, his wife, and to any and
all persons claiming any right, title and interest in and to the
following described lands, lying and being situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:

of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Flarida.
