JULIA GRATTO DiNARDU, if living, and if dead, her unknown

heirs, devisees, assigns, grantees, creditors and all other parties
claiming by, under or through the said Julia Gratto DiNardo, and
any and all persons claiming any right, title and interest in and
to the real property hereinafter described; and the CITY OF FORT
PIERGE, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of
the State of Florida, and to ariy and all persons claiming any right,
title and interest in and to the following described lands, lying
and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 7 SURFSIDE SUBDIVISION,
UNIT NO. 1, as per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 10, at page 17, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
You and each of you are notified that a suit to quiet title to
the above described property has been filed against you, and you
are required to serve a copy of your answer to the complaint on the
