AFFIDAVIT OF TITLE

COUNTY OF DURHAM
Marian Franson Scott being duly sworn, says, that she resides at
1311 Dollar Avenue, Durham, North Carolina; that she is a citizen of
the United.States, twenty-one years of aqe and upwards; and that she
is now in possession, and the owner in fee simple of the
Lot numbered -3-, Block numbered -68-, Unit numbered
-6-, Lakewood Park, St. Lucie County. Florida, as per
plat on file in Plat Book 11, Paqe 7 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County,. Florida.
Deponent further says that her possession of the said premises
has been peaceable and undisturbed, and that the title thereto has
never been disputed or questioned to her knowledge, nor dces deponent
know of any facts by reason of which said possession or title might
be disturbed or questioned; and that no person has any contract for
the purchase of, or claim to or aqainst said premises, except as hereinafter
stated; and that the same are now free and clear of all taxes,
incumbrances or liens by mortgage, decree, judgment, or by statute, or

by virtue of any proceeding in any Court.

said premises, to her knowledge, information or belief; and that no
proceedings in bankruptcy have ever been instituted by or against

~ Mildred S. Koblank to accept a warranty deed for said premises and pay

~ consideration therefor, knowing that said rely upon the truth of the
