. ORDER ON PETITION FOR RE-HF.ARING
This cause came on to be heard on February 3, 1978, upon the
Husband's Petition for Rehearing, and the Court having heard argu-
ment of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Paragraph 5 of the Husband's Petition for Rehearing is
granted, and upon such rehearing, that portion of the Final Judg-
ment relating to the Husband's making future child support payments
i
~ in the amount of $25.00 per week predicated upon his current net
~ worth is hereby modified to read that said payments of $25.00 `
~ per week shall be in effect in the absence of the following:
~ a. A determination by the Court that there are no jobs
available to the Husband in the Martin or St. Lucie County areas, or
b. Presentation of inedical evidence, acceptable to the
Court, that the Husband is unable to work.
~ 2. 'The remainder of the Husband's Petition for Rehearing is
