ORDER AWARDING ATTORNEY'S FEES
This cause came on to be heard on February 3, 1978 on the
Wife's Motion for Attorney's Fees and Costs. The Court having
heard sworn testimony and argument of counsel and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, finds as follows:
l. That the witness Spencer Gilbert is qualified by his
experience to testify as to the reasonableness of the attorney's
fees in domestic relations matters and is entitled to a witness

f 2. That the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) is a

~ reasonable attorney's fee for the services rendered to the Wife by
~ Vincent A. Lloyrl, Esquire, and the sum of Five Thousand Dollars
~ ~($5,000.00) is a reasonable attorney's fee for services rendered to

the Wife by R. Patrick Beatty, Esquire. These sums should be paid

These awards are contingent upon the closing of the sale of
~ Seymour's Inn to Jake's, Inc. under the terms of the contract pre-

~ sently in effect.If this sale, or a sale with equivalent benefits
~ to the Husband, does not close, the Court will then retain juris-

~ diction in this matter pending the filing of an affidavit by the
