KRESAL, on January 20, 19?6 and a ~dotion to Dismiss Appeal was filed by the Appellee, INDIAN RIVER BROADCASTING CO., on February 27, 1976. It appears to the Court that Appellant has not complied ` with several of the Appellate Rules of the State of Florida, t including the following: ; 1. Has failed to file Designations to Court Reporter to prepare the transcript of testir~ony in the trial ~ proceedings below. Rule 3.6 J(1). ; ; ~ 2. Failure to file assignments of error within 10 days } ~ ~ i after filing Notice of Appeal. 3 3. Untimely filing of Directions to Clerk. Ru1e 3.6. ; ~ 4. Brief of Appellant does not comply with Rule 3.?f. f ~ F 5.
