A Notice of Appeal was filed by the Appellant, ELWOOD W.
KRESAL, on January 20, 19?6 and a ~dotion to Dismiss Appeal was
filed by the Appellee, INDIAN RIVER BROADCASTING CO., on February
27, 1976. It appears to the Court that Appellant has not complied `
with several of the Appellate Rules of the State of Florida, t
including the following: ;
